Obviously you can’t make an entire turnaround in your behavior over the course of just one day, but you can and you absolutely must begin taking steps today towards your goals. A plan or course of action does you no good unless you take a step and then another and then another. However, you need a plan. Right now, get out a sheet of paper–real or digital–and write down exactly what you want to do. Do. This. Now. Next, write down the steps you will take to achieve your goals. Now do them! Success depends on well planned, consistent behavior.
