In 1996 Nathan began his leadership role as the youngest regional manager in a national organization, training others how to perform.

Having been raised by an entrepreneur, it is no surprise that in 2001 Nathan opened his first franchise business. In 2001 he also opened 3 successful service businesses that he owned and operated for 12 years. Over the past 18 years Nathan has started and sold several entities including a mortgage company, children’s art studios, and dry cleaning businesses. He now travels the world speaking to leaders and coaching executives on how to serve Up and Coach down to create alignment from top to bottom.
