When I first met Nathan Jamail a little over three years ago, he impressed me with his practice-oriented approach to sales and leadership. His ideas made a lot of sense to me, and it came as no surprise that these ideas have brought success to those he coaches and to whom he’s given consultations and provided workshops.
Nathan has effectively tapped into ideas about pursuing and achieving excellence that go back to the ancient poet Homer and the famous philosopher Aristotle. His ideas work because they acknowledge how people really feel and think and desire. Nathan understands the happiness that comes from a job well done and from helping clients and customers make decisions about products and services.
I’ve worked with Nathan on several projects over the past few years, and now I’ll be showing up here at the Jamail Development Group blog on about a weekly basis. I’ll be giving my take on Nathan’s ideas, focusing especially on what it means for sales professionals and leaders to pursue excellence. Thanks for reading!
