Going from a surviving culture to a Thriving Culture requires a coaching environment- it is the key to creating a winning team.
Creating a thriving culture is something every organization desires, but few leaders and experts truly understand how to achieve and sustain a thriving and healthy culture.
Nathan teaches leaders that creating a thriving culture is less about strategy and team mantras, and more about leaders being willing to make the right decisions versus the easy decision. It is about creating a culture and workplace that great employees want to be a part of and most importantly a culture they can thrive in.
Culture is about leaders being clear on their expectations of what they expect from each person and the team. Second a leader must be willing to hold team members accountable to being a successful and contributing member of the culture. Lastly, a leader must be willing and able to teach and coach team members on how to maximize their mental power in their attitudes, beliefs and contribution.
