Think about that quote by Mickey Mantle.  Here’s an athlete who had tremendous talent recognizing the limits of what he knew about the very game of his profession.  He was a baseball star admitting that he could still learn something about playing baseball.   A professional.

Sales professionals know they can learn more about sales, whether they’ve been selling for five years or fifty.  Those who think they know it all are not exhibitors of confidence, but signs of obvious arrogance.

Everyone can learn. Mickey Mantle could. So can you.
